Yes, you can! Gekko’s automatic bank connection operates under the European PSD2 regulation. This means you can import your transactions into Gekko without your bank charging you any fees, and you remain in full control.
Gekko's main PSD2 banking integration partner is Tink AB. You can revoke the PSD2 authorization at any time through your bank’s online environment.
Go to the settings of your bank (not in Gekko). Most likely you will find a section on 'Connected accounts', or a section for 'Access, safety and privacy'. Under these settings of your bank, you will find your authorizations and will be able to revoke Tink AB as a connection.
After disconneting Tink AB, your bank transactions will no longer be imported into Gekko.
Gekko uses PSD2 to make bookkeeping easier for entrepreneurs, but you always have full control over your data. We believe this is very important.
