Setting account and company profiles data

You can manage all your data within your online account. In this article we will explain how to set up your:

  • Account data 
  • Company details

Log in on you online account at www.getgekko.com. To go to your settings, click on your company name at the top left and then on 'settings'


1. Adjust account details

Go to the 'personal profile' page. Here you can edit the following details:

  • Email address: This is the email address you use to log in and the email address from which you can upload receipts to your online account.
  • Password: The password you use to log in to your Gekko account.
  • Preferred language: This is the language used in your apps and for communication sent to you
  • Primary company profile: If you have multiple company profiles, you can set your primary company profile here

 

2. Adjust company details 

Ga to your 'companies' page. Here you can edit the following data:

  • Company information: The name of your company, legal form, the sector you work in and a description of your company
  • Logo of your company: This is the logog that will appear on your invoices
  • Invoice information: Fill in all information needed for invoicing such as:
    • Address information
    • E-mail address
    • Telephone number
    • Kvk number
    • VAT nummer
    • Bank details
