Upgrade to Premium

Gekko Basic is sufficient for complete administration. This includes saving costs, tracking hours and contact information, and creating invoices. Gekko Premium offers extra's to make administration even easier.

How can you upgrade to premium? 

Log into your online account and go to the subscription page. Here you can easily upgrade to Premium. If you no longer wish to be premium, you can use this same page to downgrade.

Benefits of Gekko Premium

Gekko Premium offers several extra's that some entrepreneurs may find useful. Some Gekko Premium examples are:

• Link multiple company profiles (useful for entrepreneurs with a holding company alongside their operating company);
• Add multiple users;
• Create custom expense categories;
• Calculate your VAT return;
• Customize the layout of your invoices;
• Forward costs directly from your email;
• Automatically look up addresses in your Trips app;

Cost of Premium subscription

A Premium account costs €12 per month in the Netherlands (ex. VAT). Each additional user added to your account costs €6 per month (ex. VAT).

Monthly or yearly subscription

You can choose between a yearly or monthly subscription.

• With a yearly subscription, you receive an annual invoice. Choosing a yearly subscription also gives you a 15% discount!
• Opting for a monthly subscription means you receive a monthly invoice. You can cancel your subscription every month.

Earn extra as a Gekko Hero

Gekko has a 'Gekko Hero program'. If you have been a Gekko Premium user for more than 6 months, you become a Gekko "Hero" and receive a Hero discount code. With this code, you can invite new users to Gekko and offer them a significant discount on Gekko Premium. This is beneficial for new users and for the Hero themselves, who earns money by inviting new users who pay for a year of Gekko Premium with the discount.
