Delete Gekko account

To delete your account, you first need to log in to your account at getgekko.com/nl/accounts/login/. 

Then, go to your personal profile page and click on 'Delete account' at the bottom of the page.

Please note, the deletion process takes some time because we are dealing with highly sensitive business data. Gekko has implemented various security procedure to ensure that it’s really you who is deleting an account

Follow these steps to complete the deletion process:

1. Click Delete on the bottom of this page.
2. Receive a confirmation E-mail and click on the link to initiate the deletion procedure.
3. In 4 days, a final e-mail will be sent in case you still wish to download your data.
4. After 5 days, your account and all data on it will be deleted.
