Cancel Premium Subscription

You can cancel your Gekko Premium subscription at any time. To do this, log into your online account and go to the subscription page. Click on 'Cancel Subscription' to proceed with cancelling your subscription.

What happens to your data if you downgrade?

Essentially, nothing changes. The information you've entered up to that point will remain accessible. However, you won't have access to Premium features anymore.

Even if you've created personalized expense categories, they will be preserved for existing entries. Only when you create new expenses will you no longer be able to use your custom cost types.

How long is your subscription valid?

If you have a monthly subscription, you can choose to cancel your account every month. This will transition you back to a free Basic account at the end of your subscription period. For yearly subscriptions, your subscription will continue until the end of your contract date.

Interested in upgrading back to Premium?

You can upgrade back to Premium at any time. Simply go to your subscription page and click on 'Upgrade to Premium'.
