There are two ways to reset your password via the Soverin login page. The first is by using an SMS code, the second is by using your supercode.
Please note: There is no other way for Soverin employees to reset your password than through the above options. Therefore, make sure to save your supercode safely for future use.
Password Forgotten
If you don't remember your Soverin password and haven't automatically saved it, you can reset your password via the Soverin website:
- Go to the 'forgot password' function at soverin.net/users/sign_in
- Enter your Soverin email address and click on the 'send instructions via SMS' button.
- You will receive a code via SMS, which you can enter as the code.
- Finally, enter your new password and save it.
Password Forgotten + No Phone Number
If you've forgotten your Soverin password, haven't automatically saved it, and entered the wrong phone number when creating your Soverin account, there's still a solution.
You can use your Soverin supercode (recovery code).
If you have saved your Soverin supercode (recovery code), which you received when creating your account, you can use it instead of the SMS code to reset your password.
- Go to the 'forgot password' function at soverin.net/users/sign_in
- Enter your email address and click on the 'send instructions via SMS' button.
- If you have saved the supercode, you can use it instead of the code sent via SMS.
- Finally, enter your new password and save it.
