When tracking your trips with the Gekko Trips app or the Gekko Administration app, you of course also want to be able to easily export and download your trips. For example, to send to your customer, your accountant or employer.
You can easily export your recorded trips by going to your trips page on the Gekko website: Gekko Trips.
First, use the filters to select which trips you want to see. You can select the period, the customers, the type of trips (private, business, commuting) and the means of the transport or which car. By default Gekko shows you all the trips over the current year.
At the top right you will have a large button “download”. If you click on it an Excel file containing your selected trips will automatically be downloaded.
