Adding products to your invoice

With a Gekko Premium account, you can add products and services to your invoices and keep track of how many units of your product/service you've sold. Below we will quickly show you how you can simply add your products to invoices in Gekko.



1. Create a product in your Gekko account settings.

 

 

2. When creating an invoice, click on '+ Import', then go to 'Products' and select the product you want to invoice. 


 

Tip: You can also search for products directly within the invoice description. Just click in the text field and type the first few letters of the product name. A dropdown will appear, allowing you to select the product. 

 



Products and Services Report

To see how many products you've sold in a certain period, go to your Products and Services report. This report shows both the quantity sold and the total revenue earned. 

Unfortunately, this report cannot yet be downloaded directly. To save a PDF version of the page, you can use CTRL + P and select "Save as PDF" as the destination.


Alternatively, you can select the entire table and copy it into Excel.
