Why Do My Invoices End Up In The Spam Folder?

Some email providers are stricter than others. If the invoices you send via Gekko end up in your customer’s spam folder, you can do two things:

  • Ask your customers to mark our emails as safe (not spam). Future invoices will then always arrive in their regular inbox.

  • Send your invoices using the Invoicing app. With this app, you can send invoices directly via your own email program on your mobile phone. This reduces the chance that your emails will end up in the spam folder.
