Why aren't my invoices being sent?

Sometimes it may appear that your invoice has not been sent. This can be in regards to the invoice to your customer, or the copy invoice to yourself. This may be due to the following:

  1. The email ended up in your spam folder. Some email providers are stricter than others. Always check your spam folder. If our email has indeed been marked as spam, you can indicate that our email is not spam. The email will appear in your regular inbox next time.
  2. You have entered no email address or an incorrect email address in your invoice settings. Make sure you enter the correct email address.
  3. The server is very busy. As a result, the (copy) invoice will arrive a few hours later. This happens occasionally, but should not occur too often. If it does happen more often, please contact support@getgekko.com.

History of your actions

Did you know that you can check the invoice history to see what actions have been performed on an invoice? Click on the relevant invoice in the invoice overview. On the left, you will see which actions have been performed. For example, whether the invoice has been created, sent, and whether a payment has been made, etc.
