Gekko does not offer telephone customer service because we have found that we can assist you more quickly and efficiently via email. For any questions or feedback, you can always reach us directly at 

If you already have a Gekko account, you have additional support options. From your dashboard, you can contact us directly by clicking the 'Help button' located in the bottom right corner. This will provide you with direct access to our support team via email. 

Additionally, you can search through our knowledge base, which contains information and answers to common questions. This approach ensures that you receive prompt and effective assistance tailored to your needs.
