Would you like to download your entire administration? Then use the Download data page: getgekko.com/en/accounts/data/download/

This page will send a download to your download page containing a ZIP file with your entire administration for the period you have selected.

Turnover

Your turnover is calculated based on the invoices and corrections stored in Gekko.

To download an overview of your invoices, go to the invoices page on the Gekko website:

 getgekko.com/en/invoices/

Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select the option ‘Download as .xls’ to get an Excel file of your invoices.

Expenses

Your expenses are calculated based on all costs stored in Gekko. Your expenses include your receipts and your investments.

To download an overview of your costs, go to the costs page on the Gekko website:

getgekko.com/en/costs/

Click on the ‘Download data’ button and select the ‘As Excel file’ option to download an overview of your expenses. 

Would you also like to download the PDF files and photos of your receipts? Then select the option ‘Xls + images’. The download will be sent to your download page containing a ZIP file with all your expenses.

Balance sheet

For the balance sheet, open the financial statements on the Gekko website (Premium feature): getgekko.com/en/financial-statements/

The financial statements can be downloaded as an Excel file by clicking on the ‘Download data’ button at the top right.
