ZIP download not working

When downloading a ZIP file from Gekko you will receive an e-mail from Gekko with a download link. After opening the download link, you will be brought to a Gekko page where you can download your ZIP file. You have to be logged in to your Gekko account to initiate the download.


A download link is active for 3 days.


Pop-up block notification

The download of your ZIP file might be blocked by your browser. Please check if there is a notification that a pop-up is being blocked. 

If that is the case, click on the icon of the pop-up block notification and allow your download from getgekko.com to continue. The pop-up block notification can differ per browser.


Does your download not automatically initiate? Then click on the button 'Download manually'.


Chrome


The pop-up notification in Chrome shows up in the URL bar as follows:



Select the option to always allow pop-ups from getgekko.com and click on 'Done'.



Safari


The pop-up notification in Safari shows up in the URL bar as follows:



Click on the icon to let your download continue.
