When you use the Gekko Trips app or the Gekko Administratie app to track your trips, you’ll naturally want to export and download them easily. For example, to send them to your client, accountant, or employer.
You can do this easily on the website by going to Gekko Trips. First, select which trips you want to download (e.g., this quarter or for a specific client). Click on the filter icon to choose additional filters.
Next, click the "Download" button in the top right corner. You will then receive an email sent to the email address linked to your Gekko account.
In the email titled "Export file from Gekko," you’ll find a download link for your trips. Click on the link to be directed to a download page.
The download will start automatically. If it doesn’t, click on "Download manually" or check our support article Download file not working.
