Refreshing Browser Cookies

Is your data not loading in Gekko and do you only see a white screen, for example on your costs or invoices overview?

It’s possible that the cookies in your browser for the Gekko website need to be refreshed.


After refreshing the cookies for the Gekko website, you’ll need to reload the page and you may have to log in to Gekko again.


Below we explain how you can refresh your cookies in the Chrome browser.


Click the button to the left of the website URL at the top left of your browser.



Now select the middle option 'Cookies and site data'. See above.



After selecting 'Cookies and site data' you need to click 'Manage site data on this device'. See above.



Click the trashcan icon next to the Gekko website and click 'Done'. See above.


After the Gekko cookies have been deleted, you will need to refresh your Gekko web page and possibly log in again.
