Checking costs has become much easier with the new “mark” feature in Gekko.
At the end of the quarter, you can now easily keep track of which costs you have already reviewed.
This feature is especially useful for team leaders and accountants.
On the Costs page, you will see an overview of all entered costs. When you click on a specific cost, you can review it as usual. Once you’re done, you now have the option to mark the cost. To do this, simply click the mark icon in the top left corner, next to the cost number.
The cost will then be marked as checked, making it easy for you to see which ones you’ve already reviewed. After that, you can immediately continue with the next one.
In the costs overview, marked costs can be recognized by the marking icon.
If you want to quickly see which costs have not yet been marked, you can use the filter option for 'checks'.
With this filter option, you can display only the costs that still need to be reviewed. Conversely, you can also filter on marked costs, so you can see exactly what you have already completed.
