Mollie Account Has Been Blocked

Why was your account blocked?

Mollie may block your account for several reasons:

  • You didn’t provide your required information on time, or your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration has been deactivated.
  • You violated Mollie’s user agreement.


In addition to blocking, Mollie may deactivate your account if it’s been inactive for a longer period. Mollie regularly checks for inactive accounts. If no payments have been received for a while, they may choose to deactivate the account and disable payment services.

If your account was blocked or deactivated, Mollie should have sent you a notification explaining the reason.
